1.Magneto Bearing Information:

Magnetic bearings, is a new type of high performance bearings. Compared with the traditional ball bearings, plain bearings and oil film bearings, magnetic bearings do not exist in mechanical contact, the rotor can achieve high operating speed, with mechanical wear, low energy consumption, low noise, long life, no lubrication, no oil pollution And other advantages, especially for high-speed, vacuum, clean and other special environment.

2.Magneto Bearing Features:

Because there is no mechanical contact, the magnetic bearing has no friction, no wear, no lubrication characteristics, the rotor can rotate at high speed, the speed is limited only by the strength of the rotor material, power and noise is very low, can be applied to a variety of complex applications surroundings. Another prominent advantage of the magnetic bearing is that the rotor operating condition can be detected in real time by the control system, which can be evaluated on an unbalanced scale and can be actively controlled for the unbalance, thus achieving a high degree of accuracy in the control of the rotor system. Magnetic bearings have these characteristics, it is in many applications with the traditional rolling bearings, oil film bearings and gas bearings compared to the obvious advantages.

3.Magneto Bearing Classification :

(1) active magnetic bearing (AMB), also known as active magnetic bearing, the magnetic field is controllable, by detecting the position of the suspended rotor, active control by the control system to achieve rotor suspension;

(2) passive magnetic bearings (PMB), also known as passive magnetic bearings, permanent magnets or superconductors to achieve the rotor part of the degree of freedom of support;

(3) hybrid magnetic bearings (HMB), the mechanical structure contains the electromagnet and permanent magnet or superconductor.

A: MOQ is 10pcs for standardized products; for customized products, MOQ should be negotiated in advance. There is no MOQ for sample orders.

A: The lead time for sample orders is 3-5 days, for bulk orders is 5-15 days.

Q:Do you offer free samples?
